HELP DESK ASSOCIATE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Roswell, GA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Knowledge of operating systems
- Skills in end-user software

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Handling more complex issues or malfunctions of systems application
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three (3+) years of experience in the area of related field
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems, end-user software and a proven track record for trouble-shooting and resolving hardware and software problems

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Analysis on call volume experience
- Experienced technical support
