We are seeking a Help Desk Assistant position for Lorain National Bank, headquartered in Lorain, Ohio.  This is a temporary position.  Lorain National Bank, provides a full spectrum of financial services, including full-service community banking, specializing in commercial, personal and retail banking services, and trust services. Lorain National Bank serves customers through 20 retail-banking centers in Lorain, Summit and western Cuyahoga counties.

The Help Desk Assistant acts as a support representative for bank system users.  Excellent telephone skills.  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to all types of people.  Ability to deal with stressful situations in a composed, professional manner.

Assist with Help Desk responsibilities and the coordination/assignment of work orders with the System Support staff. Assists the Help Desk and Security Administrator or Network and Support Services Administrator with other various Job duties.

Qualified candidates will present:

- Associate Degree with courses in computer  sciences. 
- Must be knowledgeable in bank operations.
- Proficient with Personal Computers.
- Advance level  computer proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Must have strong problem solving skills.
- Above average communication skills both written and oral.
