Rotating shift assignments, 24x7 support. Many of the shifts can be worked remotely. Excellent exposure. Be an A-player on a highly respected team that values your integrity, commitment to quality, and your future.

Required:

- Professional, mature attitude towards your career - this is KEY
- A Bachelors degree is required
- Power user skills in Windows OS and/or financial software
- 1+ year (s) Customer Service, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Application Support or Phone Support for software applications
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills (you will be given a written test to evaluate your skills in this area)
- Solid people skills and an ability work with top-level executives.

Preferred:

- Internet application support/ASP Support
- Background in training others
