Required:

Professional, mature attitude towards your career - this is KEY

A Bachelors degree is required or you cannot be converted to full-time

Power user skills in Windows OS and/or financial software

1+ year(s) Customer Service, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Application Support or Phone Support for software applications

Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills (you will be given a written test to evaluate your skills in this area)

Solid people skills and an ability work with top-level executives.

Preferred:

Internet application support/ASP Support

Background in training others
