Help Desk Analyst
We are in need of a Help Desk Analyst that will be responsible for providing assistance to end users in the form of administrative support, technical support, training and documentation for PC and AS400 based applications. Identifies problems and coordinates appropriate corrective action. Initiates and coordinates group meetings to facilitate user testing of system upgrades.


- Recommend and implement solutions to correct or enhance existing business applications.
- Serve as backup support for Dealer Services by:
- Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports from COIN/CBS systems Executing DocuTreev transport function for imaging application
- ETREEV client installation.
- Ad-hoc query generation.
- Receive and review production requests and assist in production control.
- Receive and review service requests.
- Review log and message queues from nightly production processing and inform appropriate support personnel if corrective action is required.
- Process AS400 print jobs.
- Archive production reports.
- Create and distribute electronic media to investors for participated loans.
- Maintain operations control over user, program, system and physical access security.


- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
- Experience: Three years of experience in Information Technology in a banking environment, 3 of which are in a leadership role.
- Maintains confidentiality
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with other functional areas within the organization
- Works with a minimum of supervision
