JOB OVERVIEW:
This role will be part of a global team tasked with providing messaging services for 55,000+ user environment. This includes support and administration of Exchange 2010 environment (including mobile and unified messaging infrastructure) on a worldwide basis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide level 2 and 3 infrastructure support for
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/Outlook/OWA
- Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS) Instant messaging
- Blackberry and Windows Mobile
- Unified Messaging and RightFax
- Secure Messaging via PGP and ZixMail
- Consistently utilize key ITIL processes (incident management and request fulfillment) in support of the environment
- Manage the Remedy v7 incident and service request queue
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues and requests
- Update Remedy tickets with current status and resolution information
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Three to five (3-5) years Exchange 2003, 2007 or 2010 experience in a support or engineering role
- Three to five (3-5) years Blackberry experience in a support or engineering role
Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Microsoft certification preferred
