Seeking an individual to join a Customer Service administrative delivery team that processes, coordinates and documents the daily addition of new employees (100+/month) on boarding equipment, software and service's needs. You will be responsible for processing and ordering all new ID Requests (security badges etc.), PC, Laptop, Software, Cell phone, desk phone and email address requests using SharePoint along with your team and take on Office 365 Administration tasks as needed

Starting out 70% of the time will be processing new employee requests as defined above. 30% Office 365 Administration, which may increase or decrease over time as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Customer Service or Phone support experience
- Solid MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
- MS Excel to track and monitor requests
- Proficient with Active Directory
- Proficient with Office 365 Administration
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Team player

PLUS SKILLS:

- Prior experience onboarding new employees and coordinating equipment
- SharePoint as a user
- Excel Pivot tables
