GTN Technical Staffing is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a long term contract. The Help Desk Analyst will have strong customer service background; preferably in an IT setting but I am willing to train the right person. The Help Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for problems related to user role provisioning in SAP, Qfiniti, LiveLink, Share Point, and several other applications.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills are essential
Must be detail oriented
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to prioritize in the face of frequently shifting priorities
Ability to work independently
Ability to learn new or unfamiliar technologies quickly
Related experience in networking and general system administration
A flexible and open approach to daily tasking
HS Diploma or GED
