Help Desk Analyst

Our client in King of Prussia has an immediate need for an experience Help Desk Analyst to join an existing team for a long term contract. This is a well managed group supporting a large tech corporation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience working on a corporate Tier 1/Tier 2 Help Desk, following company policies and procedures
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Primarily responsible for troubleshooting issues with: Outlook, Network Connectivity, Remote Access, Passwords, Mobile Devices, etc.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks. Monday to Friday.
