Beacon Hill Technologies has several openings for Help Desk Analysts for 3-6 month contract opportunities.

There are 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available, as well as part time shifts. Must be available on weekends.

Job Details:

- Provide technical support service to clients by providing a single point of contact to report problems or direct inquiries regarding IT-related break-fix and how-to issues in accordance with appropriate industry standards.
- Handles general administrative duties.
- Analyzes user problems through various troubleshooting techniques.
- Logs and dispatches incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintains IT service management software.
- Resolves incidents within appropriate industry standards.
- Responsible for providing customer service and technical expertise for all levels of users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoots hardware, software and procedural problems and works to minimize downtime resulting from these issues.
- Responsible for day to day logging, tracking and resolving of customer reported problems or concerns.
