Help Desk Analyst 

A Help Desk Analyst is required to work on my client's Northampton site helping support there large infrastructure. The role will be logging calls and performing basic diagnostics over the phone.
The role requires the Help Desk Analyst to have experience of working in a Help Desk environment logging calls and performing Diagnostics over the phone. In addition to this the Help Desk Analyst will have a knowledge of supporting Microsoft based technology. Further the Help Desk analyst will be familiar with working with call logging systems such as Remedy.

The Help Desk Analyst role will be based in Northampton and will pay an hourly rate of £12.00 per hour.
