Help Desk Analyst

Our client in the greater Chadds Ford, PA area is looking for an experienced Support Analyst to add to their team. This position will be working with work stations, networking and supporting core applications for the company currently being used by their customers. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization recently named #1 in their field nation-wide.

Required Skills:

- 1+ years experience in a Help Desk environment with the following: password resets, printer setups, Outlook 2010/2007/2003
- Excellent customer service skills (patience, adaptability, reliability)
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
