Help Desk Analyst

Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst for a long term contract. This client usually continually extends the contract and hires many people on for permanent positions. This is an opportunity to join a growing company and offers career growth within the company. This is a 100% phone support position. Primarily responsible for troubleshooting issues with: Outlook, Network Connectivity, Remote Access, Passwords, etc.


- Experience working on a Tier 1 Help Desk, or technical support experience following company policies and procedures
- Experience with a ticketing system is helpful
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position will start off as day shift but this is a 24/7/365 operation.
