Beacon Hill Technologies has a 6 month contract opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst.

Job Details:

- Vendor consultant will perform at minimum:
- Meet the following Customer Service objectives monthly
- 80% first call resolution
- 3.7 or greater customer satisfaction survey average
- 75% or greater availability
- 94% or greater ticket quality
- Support  current and future core software, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft Windows 7
- Microsoft Office 2010 Suite including Microsoft Outlook Email
- Lotus Note/Domino databases
- Cisco VPN Client
- Citrix
- Dell laptops and desktops
- HP Network printers
- Cisco Jabber
- Work effectively with minimal direction
- Complete timely and accurate incidents, change orders and service requests using CA Service Desk Manager to include detailed problem resolution documentation.
- Submit a weekly acceptance certificate to IT Customer Service Leader documenting the dates and hours worked.
