6 month plus contract for a Help desk support analyst.

6 month plus contract most likely go long term for a Help desk analyst. 

Help Desk Analyst responsible for answering customers' calls (40-60 per day), provide problem isolation and resolution with a 1st call resolution rate

62% in a multi-platform, diverse systems environment. (Windows, Unix, MF, Client Server and Web)

Help Desk Analyst records, monitors, and follows up on client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements include two year associates degree in computer science or computer related field, one Microsoft certification (A+, MCP, Net+) preferred, proven Workstation hardware experience.

3-5 years proven IT Call Center experience. Enterprise Help Desk provides service to internal clients on a 24x7 basis.

Must have stable work history and be local.  Onsite interviews required.
