Projektbeschreibung

1 year plus contract positon that could go perm. The Contractor will handle Level one incidents received from client's  IT users concerning store systems, distribution or corporate incidents. He or she will Identify the nature of the incident and take corrective action, eg, resolves incident or escalates to the appropriate group. They will analyze and prioritize incoming requests for support from client's personnel received via telephone, voice mail, or email.

This position will take requests for support, log incident tickets and implement work-arounds to restore service as quickly as possible for client's employees utilizing IT retail technology also this position functions in a continuously-operating production environment and act in accordance with ITO operating principles.

The ideal candidate should demonstrable experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving IT system problems.

AAS Degree in IT and have 1-2 years customer service or IT support experience.

The preferred applicant should have a working knowledge of UNIX, UDB, Networking, PC Operating Systems, Exceed, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Remedy and Shell Scripting tools.
