Projektbeschreibung
Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and tactfully to elicit and describe customer support information.
Must be a team player and adapt to fluctuations in work load and schedules.
A qualified candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
- 3 years of customer support experience in Help Desk support environment or equivalent certifications, such as HDI Support Center Analyst.
- Education or experience in diagnostic techniques for solving Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and PC hardware configuration problems.
- General knowledge of network concepts for Local and Wide Area networks, Microsoft Active Directory and a working knowledge of incident/problem/change management software, preferably Remedy ITSM.
