Multiple HelpDesk Openings in Lake Forest, IL

Multiple consultants needed to support 20K+ internal employees. The current Help Desk employees will transition to other roles in the company. Consultants will provide telephone support for SAP and related technologies. Consultant will be expected to meet and exceed department goals such as resolving 70% of service calls on first contact, attain 85% customer satisfaction ratings, achieve documentation and phone evaluation scores of 90%. Consultant must be able to take, thoroughly troubleshoot and document troubleshooting steps for 30 - 60 calls per day.

TECHNICAL MUSTS
1. Knowledge of software troubleshooting 1. Spanish -bilingual
2. Customer Service experience
3. PC literate
4. Navigate Knowledgebase
5. Helpdesk/Call Center experience

Spanish - bilingual is a plus
