Yoh has a contract opportunity for a HEDIS ASSISTANT to join our client in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties, CA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client is currently seeking a qualified candidate to work as a HEDIS Assistant in a field-based setting. This is a contract position, scheduled to last from January 2014 to May 2014.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform duties to ensure HEDIS data accuracy and reporting, including investigation, auditing and improvement opportunities
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives in the service and clinical areas
- Enter measure specific or testing information to a database and/or organizing and tracking records
- Coordinate, complete and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes and results
- Candidates will be expected to perform tasks at the provider sites, which will necessitate travel to assigned locations in San Joaquinvisit our website to learn both about our company and about our leading professional staffing solutions.
