A global fixed income hedge fund is seeking a junior candidate to join its team here in Connecticut. The successful candidate will sit directly on the trading desk and be part of a growing team here in the US. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: trade capture, settlements, affirmations/confirmations, cash management and reconciliation, pre-settlement matching and overall front to back monitoring of trade flow. Minimum requirements include: Bachelors degree from strong university, 1-2 years of operations experience (sell side/buy-side), strong communication skills and ability to interact with trading desk, strong understanding of front to back processes.
