Hedge Fund Middle Office - Financial Reporting Analyst - Dublin

Here at JPMorgan, Dublin we are looking for a number of individuals to join the Middle Office Financial Reporting team for an initial 6 month contract.

The Middle Office Team responsibility is to ensure the client receives a premier service by completing all deliverables to the highest standard including OTC Derivative Securities Processing, Cash Settlement Processing, Confirmations, Collateral Management and Client Reporting within agreed timeframes and ensuring all issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS FOR THE MO TEAM:

- Complete all daily, monthly and ad-hoc tasks as required accurately and to deadlines
- Confirmation/Cash Settlement Query Management
- FX Settlements of portfolio & share class hedging transactions
- Daily Trade Broker Export for appointed Prime Brokers
- Resolve client queries professionally within required Service Level Agreements
- Work together with Internal/Offshore Hubs to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy
- Work together with managers and Client Service Teams to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved
- Work with internal hubs to ensure completion of end to end Error process
- Identify areas of improvement and engage with Business Support
- Liaise with internal hubs to develop and implement Change Requests
- Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to manager
- Contribute to ongoing improvements to Internal processes and controls

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- GAPP reporting
- Regulatory Reporting

DESIRABLES BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

- Extensive and relevant understanding of OTC instruments/Platforms & Collateral Management
- Proven ability to deal with key clients and senior management contacts
- Strong team leader with the ability to set and maintain high standards
- Attention to detail surrounding Service Level Agreements and accuracy
- Proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in a related subject
- Risk control and procedure orientated
- Analytical, judgment and prioritization skills
- Hedge Funds expertise required
- Knowledge of Advent Geneva & online confirmation platforms (Misys, DTCC, Markitwire) preferable.
