Heavy Lift Project Manager

Quanta are actively looking for Heavy Lift Project Managers for multiple offshore projects being executed in 2015. Due to Quanta's current framework agreements being awarded, we are looking to secure candidates of interest to satisfy large demand in personnel this year.

Job title: Heavy Lift Project Manager
Location: UK, Germany, Holland Onshore and Offshore
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Start date: March 2015
Rate: £550 - £700

Duties:

Managing project teams with calculations and the development of methods and procedures for installing, removing and transporting offshore constructions. In addition to this the PM oversees engineers and supports feasibility and R&D studies. Working with a multidisciplinary team and during the execution of the project, you will be working offshore.

Experience:
Extensive offshore installation experience with jackets and topsides.
Engineering and operations experience for installation of offshore platforms
Development of installation methods and solutions.
Strong knowledge of transportation and operations for offshore structures.
Prep and review of installation procedures.
Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline.

Multiple Projects to be completed from platform and subsea installations, platform removals, offshore wind foundations and substations.

-Valid Offshore certifications
-Willing to work on international projects and on offshore rotations
-Fluent in English (oral and written)
