My client is seeking an experienced HD Diesel Mechanic for a contract role based south of Brisbane. The role will be mainly site based service work, with some workshop based work. The role is ongoing and the successful applicant will receive an excellent hourly rate.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of US truck and trailers
- Completing general maintenance, breakdowns, services and component change outs

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS REQUIRE:

- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
- Strong experience working on MACK, KENWORTH, HINO, DAF, GMC Etc
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- Previous experience in the maintenance of large scale equipment
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Ability to abide by OHS policies and procedures
- Pass a pre-employment medical and police screening
