Heating Inspector

Lb of Wandsworth are URGENTLY seeking an experienced Heating Inspector. Please see brief below:

Essential:
- You will have Experience of dealing with tenants, leaseholders face to face and on the telephone.
- You will be Gas Safe. Registered
- You will have Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
- You will have Post-Inspection Experience.
- Ability to organise own workload.
- An understanding of and commitment to the Councils Equal Opportunities Policy.
- Must have a full driving licence and the use of a car.

Desirable:
- ACS gas safety or A.C.O.P.S. 1-5 minimum gas qualification.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Computer systems.
