Healthy Workforce Project Coordinator

HEALTHY WORKFORCE PROJECT COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION:
This is a temporary, contract position working with the national workforce wellness program.
Position supports multiple Healthy Workforce programs including the incentive plan and workforce wellness in the Program Office and IT region.

§ Coordinate local wellness events in support of national initiatives and programs including meeting the incentive plan goals.
§ Coordinate and track regional initiatives in support of national initiatives and programs. Develop reports of regional progress to be shared with key stakeholders.
§ Support Project Leads on planning, development, and engagement of wellness Champion network.
§ Assist with meeting planning including scheduling meetings, preparation of slide presentations, and distribution of minutes.
§ Perform literature and online searches, produce summaries and make recommendations to the team.
§ ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS NEEDED, INCLUDING ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred; preferred major of health promotion or health education. WIll look at candidates with equivalent work exp.
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of programs.
§ Experience in employee wellness and wellness campaigns.
§ Strong writing skills.
§ Experience using WebEx to host meetings.
§ Expertise in developing PowerPoint presentations.
§ Expertise in developing Excel spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
