Sr. Project Coordinator.

Scope of the project:

Management of intakes, analysis, decisions and changes to the Patient Experience PFO Playbook and coordination support related to the project.

Job Description:

Coordination and Support to Project and RevCycle leadership

Service/Customer Liaison

Documentation Specialist

Maintains controlled version of the Playbook: Receives Playbook Change Request Notices, Tracks all playbook changes and maintains edit log. Maintains decision playbook recommendation/decision/edit log. Obtains the required reviews and approvals for the changed Playbook. Incorporates approved changes to the Playbook. Distributes and/or posts updated Playbook to the appropriate site. Other playbook administrative duties. Owns socialized version control for Playbook. Owns playbook toolkit and updates. Works with design and branding vendors to finalize playbook versions. Supports rollout duties at regional level (supporting document and tracking, updates, etc.). Other playbook control duties. Reporting out to project leadership Coordination across all levels of management within PFO and Rev Cycle leadership

Respond to multiple communication streams

Liaison with external vendors to support internal initiatives

Requirements:

Healthcare experience highly desirable

Advanced MS Office and Visio skills (with MS Project a plus)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong time management

Professionalism

Establishes trust and rapport when dealing with others

Attention to detail and process

6+ years of experience

BA/BS is preferred but not required - HS/GED required

WHAT I AM REALLY LOOKING FOR IS:

An individual who can handle multiple workstreams and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail Has healthcare experience with process change rather than application or system implementations.

The focus of the programs is in the Front Office processes (ie pre-service, financial counselors, admitting).
