Healthcare Implementation Analyst

We are seeking an Implementation Analyst for a 6 months contract position in Atlanta, GA.

Skills:

8+ experience in technical consulting and/or development preferably in the healthcare field.
Extensive and recent working knowledge with databases especially MSS (2008, 2012) and Oracle (10g, 11g) including installation, configuration, maintenance and working with SQL.
Strong and recent working knowledge of MS Windows server (2008, 2012), tools and networking environment and virtualizations.
Under graduate degree or 12+ years of technical experience.
Experience working with Saas Solutions, hosted and installed platforms.
Experience working with Java, Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss, Jack Rabbit, CINCOM is a plus.
Experience working with HL7, 278 EDI transactions is a plus.
Experience working with reporting tools like Crystal is a plus.
Previous programming, QA experience is a plus.
Experience working across multiple platforms by connecting, configuring and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Strong working knowledge implementing products that serve large scale end users situated across multiple time zones.
Ability to work from home, conduct lengthy web sessions, working with team members and customers situated across multiple time zones, some requiring weekend and non-business hours activities.
Ability to travel extensively within US and Puerto Rico, some requiring weekend travels and late/early hours.
Experience delivering presentations and training sessions to large and audiences.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade  Products (VITAL, CCMS, DM, CERMe and other interfaces).
Assist from kick off to post go live technical implementation activities.
Provide interface related assistance including driving mapping sessions to provide technical consultations.
Work with client IT staff to complete technical engagements and transfer basic technical knowledge, trouble shoot issues. Provide consultation on best practices and fine tuning systems for efficient use.
Issue reporting thru completion working with product support, product management and product developers.
Provide pre sales and post implementation consultation, technical training and support and scope services needs.
Share ideas and transfer knowledge.
Provide customer technical training using slides, hands on exercises, web sessions to smaal and large scale audiences.
Conduct technical assessment, requirements gathering sessions to a room full of attendees containing all technical levels from CIO to help desk staff to answer questions not limited to system architecture, requirements, security, interfaces, network, databases, installation, support, maintenance.
Complete timesheets and expenses on time.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Adhere to  ICARE principles, HIPAA guidelines and other regulations.
