Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

Huxley Associates is proud to be working with a global leading manufacturer with sites globally who are looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to be based at their Derbyshire site.

I went to meet the business today and was impressed at how well and successful they are. With around 300 people on the Derbyshire site they are a well established company, with a lot of respect and regard in the industry but are still a small enough business unit to be very entrepreneurial and for the successful candidate to make a real change.

As Health, Safety and Environmental SHE Manager you will be responsible for managing HSE over 3 sites in theUKbring based at the Derbyshire head office. Although the company is already doing very well there is a lot of low hanging fruit for this role to go in and make a real difference.

Interested? We are looking for some of the best SHE Managers in the industry. Industry experience is flexible, most important is that you have proven experience of managing Safety, Health and the Environment within a manufacturing business, driving improvements and can really motivate people to make change.

On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £50,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience. There is also a generous benefits package including company car, pension, private health for employee and family and death in service.
