Health & Safety Advisor

Harvey Nash's Public Sector client is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their Glasgow based office on an initial 3 month contract. The advisor will be working closely with the team providing professional health and safety advice. The role will also involve managing and delivering training, monitoring legislation, maintaining and developing health and safety documentation, as well as managing stakeholder communication.

Essential skills:

. Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor position
. NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (or equivalent)
. Experience managing and delivering Health & Safety training
. Experience maintaining a Health and Safety management system

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and ideally have a current driver's license.

This position is available on an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended further. Interviews are available at short notice, with a start date to commence ASAP.
