- Under the general supervision of the Health Education Manager, this position supports two Registered Dietitians in provision of Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self-Management Education services.
- The Health Education Dietetic Technician coordinates the delivery of health education services, including group classes and one on one consults as needed to direct line of business members.
- Responsibilities include conducting member initial nutrition assessments and follow-up dietetic counseling, assisting with member charting, documentation and data entry, scheduling members for phone counseling sessions.
