HEALTH CARE RECRUITER (FULL LIFE CYCLE)

STAGE OF PROJECT: recruit for old and new requisitions

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruiter for open RN and other job categories

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field OR 4 years' experience in a directly related field
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience - health care recruiting experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, juggling them successfully

- Demonstrated knowledge of governmental regulations, court decisions and professional standards and practices related to EEO/AA, legalities and ethics of recruitment, and job analysis
- Excels in oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Able to interact with multiple levels of staff to effect change
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to meet the demands of the diverse and changing needs of the assigned specialty areas
- Strong customer focus required
