CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers
PAY RATE: $35/hr
TRAVEL:May also support other locations in Portland
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Full-cycle health care recruiter requiring experience recruiting clinical positions
- Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs
- Conducts reference checks
- May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-6 years' relevant experience - recruiting health care/clinical positions
- Full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience meeting with internal/external clients
Candidates without health care recruiting experience will not be considered.
