HEALTH CARE COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

This role is due to start at the beginning of September and will be based in Maidenhead.

Requirements - Essential:

- BA/BS degree (2.1), with several years' experience in business.
- Preferable experience in Health Care Compliance or equivalent.
- Ability to make things happen through managing a broad set of Credo based values.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards for the UK a benefit.
- Deals well with ambiguity and demonstrate strong organizational, process and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of the business and effective

time management skills is essential. - Ability to work independently and in a detailed manner.
- Ability to work well in teams.

The Role:

- The Health Care Compliance Liaison manages Healthcare Compliance programs transactions for the Marketing organization. He or she supports planning, trainings, assessments and other varied HCC functions.
- This person is also responsible for maintaining existing programs and implementing activities related to Management Action Plans.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Manage Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) administrative responsibilities
- Maintain the TPI Inventory
- Main contact person between KROLL and the Marketing Teams
- Assist the Business Sponsors in the Due Diligence Process
- Schedule, Organize and Document TPIs annual training
- Act as the primary contact person between the Marketing teams and the TPIs
- Manage HCC Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) requests
- Filling requests on the SharePoint
- Submit the requests for approval to the HCCO
- Maintain proper documentation through the SharePoint
- Manage Health Care Professionals (HCPs) relations with the marketing teams for:
- Prepare and review contracts (liaise with Legal team and HCCO when appropriate)
- Process payments
- Process expenses
- Organizing and implementing training on HCBI and HCC Local regulation for the Marketing Teams
- Maintain employee certification and training attendance records
- Maintain the HCC SharePoint up to date
- TPIs Inventories
- Managing HCC Request and documentations
- May serve as the first line of communication to the business for reviewing local requests and documentation.
- Support the HCC operations group in implementation of education, training, and regular communications on HCC to all Marketing employees, and directors at the local level
- Support the HCC Officer in the self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps & inconsistencies
- Support the implementation of local testing & monitoring plan to demonstrate that the HCC program is effective and participate in execution where appropriate
- Assisting in coordinating preparations for Corporate Internal Audits
- Assist in the implementing and following up on the Management Action Plan as assigned by the HCC Officer
- Report unplanned deviations and supporting the HCC Officer in Managing day-to-day inquiries, allegations and investigations
- Collect and Provide metrics to the HCC Officer and Operations group as assigned
- Partnering with the Global/Regional Operations team to:
- Implement business specific policies and SOP's and customize global/regional policies & procedures and education & training materials to reflect local requirements
- Implement IM systems that collect, audit, analyse, and report compliance information
- Deploy policies and procedures that align and monitor company activities to ensure compliance with government, private, legal and company HCC standards
- Implement HCC training programs, including new employee orientation, periodic training on specialized subjects, and annual refresher training
- Execute Testing & Monitoring plans and programs
- Ensure external reporting requirements are met per local regulations
- Ensure internal reporting requirements are met per enterprise requirements and schedule
- HCCL will be frequently using data for analysis, interpretation and reconciliation purposes - given this the SHL numerical reasoning test will be required for candidates.
- In addition to this the individual needs to be strong clear communicator as they will have multiple stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
- They will also need to be self-motivated and happy to work independently.
- Looking for someone with Healthcare Compliance experience.
