I am currently working on behalf of a Housing Association on the South Coast of England, recruiting for a Health & Safety manager.

The Housing Association is growing and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced building Health and Safety Manager to join part of a big restructure, and work alongside the Head of Heath and Safety.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will be required to oversee property risks; i.e. fire, evacuation, disability access, PAC testing.

As there are changes occurring throughout the organisation, you will be required to manage ongoing risks throughout the organisation and embed a risk mentality.

To be considered for this Health and Safety Manager post, you must have:

- Worked in Health & Safety Management
- Hold a Risk Management qualification i.e. NEBOSH
- Have Health and Safety Housing Association experience
- Possess a Risk Management mentality
