Ranikhet Primary School is on the move - in more ways than one. To this end, you will take ownership of the post-Ofsted action plan, ensure a consistent focus on standards and apply rigorous self-evaluation as a driver for positive development - so you can expect exceptional autonomy and impact.

A graduate, qualified teacher and genuine visionary, you will combine proven primary teaching experience with a strong track record as a Head Teacher or Interim Head Teacher. Above all, you should bring a flexible, approachable leadership style, a very inclusive mindset and the confidence to lead a school in challenging circumstances. Effective under pressure and capable of taking far-reaching decisions, you will be ready to motivate pupils, staff, governors and other stakeholders alike to realise their full potential - and be determined to engage everyone at every stage as you move the school forward.
