About the role

Your key tasks will include:

* Competitor analysis by sector (Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, Mining, etc) and location - using insight to drive future growth
* Strategy development with Regional Directors
* Operational business risk assessment from research into existing competitors already operating in these target locations
* Identify and headhunt Senior Management from the recruitment industry (market mapping)
* Screen, interview and run background checks on candidates. Manage the job offer process, negotiating salary/rates and benefit packages.

What do you need?

The ideal candidate will have proven headhunting experience, or a solid background in sales, excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills and a strong analytical mind. You must also be a self starter, hard working, resilient, results oriented and have a keen eye for detail.
