An Oxfordshire based client is currently looking for a Head of Workforce Planning for a long term interim position (12 months +).

This is a new post within the Trust with the aim of improving their workforce analysis and planning capacity.

We are looking for a self motivated individual who is happy to get involved at operational level initially - although the role will expand in the future and you will be able to take a more strategic outlook once a team has been built around you.

The key deliverables will be to have in place Workforce plans up to 5 years in duration for each of the 3 clinical divisions which feed into a Trust-wide plan.

It is essential applicants have extensive Workforce Planning experience, ideally in the NHS although this is not essential. You will be required to have strong Excel skills also.
