Head of UX

UX/HEAD OF UX/DIGITAL MEDIA AGENCY

My client is a leading and innovative Digital Media Agency based in Bristol. They are looking for a Head of UX to lead the team and work closely with the Strategic team to deliver exceptional User Experience and User Interface production.

THE JOB:

- To shape the UX offering (both research and delivery) and build a team to deliver
- Oversee all UX project deliverables (concepts, user testing/research, wireframes, site maps, user journeys, spec docs etc.) while partnering with other disciplines to deliver a great final product that delivers against the objective
- Mentor and develop all members of the UX team
- Build on the communication channels between strategy, design and tech teams to deliver innovative, well thought out and user friendly pieces of work
- Play a hands on delivery role across key projects
- Work closely with clients guiding brainstorms, leading working sessions, and giving senior presentations
- Play a key role in new business proposals and pitches
- Collaborate with Client Services to create project scopes, schedules, and road maps
- Evangelise user-centred design within the organisation
- Build a name for us in UX and represent the client at industry events
