Head of Online Experience/ Six Month Contract / London

Are you a recognised digital leader with experience of leading large scale, complex online operations?

As a result of continued growth and a significant period of investment our client, a recognised industry leader requires a Head of Online to join their impressive operations in central London.

Managing a team of circa 50x FTE you will lead customer services for online and mobile across multiple brands. The role is an integral position in the groups digital operation and is accountable for content, editorial and UX as well as risk and controls.

We're keen to speak with digital leaders, who can demonstrate the following experience:

Strong leadership experience (managing teams of 30+ individuals) A deep understanding of digital / online Experience of regulated environments (telecoms, finance, utilities) A strong knowledge of content, editorial, user experience and customer interaction.

The role is offered on a six month basis, the daily rate is dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
