Glocomms URGENTLY requires a Head of TV Product for a leading service provider in Ireland. 

The Head of TV Product will be responsible for Product Management and Product Operations of the TV Product(s) set, defining the product proposition and pricing and working closely with the broader Consumer Proposition & Segments Team and the TV Team to gather and prioritise product and customer requirements. They will be responsible for the implementation of the TV proposition strategy and roadmap. In addition s/he will work closely with technology and commercial organisations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction objectives are met and that the TV service is delivered seamlessly to consumers. TV will be an evolving proposition and this role includes responsibility for the evolving TV Product across different platforms and its intrinsic relationship with NGA and Bundled Propositions.

Key Tasks

- The Head of TV Product is the product champion in developing and operating the TV product(s), consistent with the agreed product strategy within budget, on time, and in line with PDC and regulatory requirements
- Development and implementation of end-to-end product propositions, packages and pricing, including the technical, operational, systems and commercial elements of the proposition to meet customer and business requirements
- Manage relationships and understanding of delivery frameworks of relevant supply areas within the service provider's group including Wholesale, Pricing, Regulatory, Technology and Marketing
- Working with the broader TV Team and Product Marketing, to develop product specifications and project plans and co-ordinate with Technology for the delivery of enhanced products and product functionality
- Work closely with the Director, TV to manage key vendor relationships
- Optimisation of the customer billing experience, including bill payments across both fixed and mobile
- Work with all relevant customer touch-points to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded - key areas include Sales, Base Management, Service, Customer Experience, Technology and the broader TV Team
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure developments are delivered on time and to specification
- Support Product Marketing in their development of the go-to-market strategy

Other key skills

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated success
- Strong understanding of pay Television
- In depth knowledge of technical aspects of TV delivery and bundled product deployment
- Must possess a strong blend of business and technical acumen
