Head of Training Quality/HR Learning and Development - Banking

Our client requires an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in Learning and Development Strategy experience. You will be required to work as part of a team responsible for setting out and delivering Learning strategy for Global client bases (ideally in the banking domain)

The role itself is split between delivering a single strategic Learning Model (Globally) and ensuring the Training itself is correctly implemented and the relevant Curriculum is correctly Embedded. Experience within either Technology and/OR Operations (within banking) would be highly desirable.
