Salary: £60K Pro Rata

My client a leading pension administration business requires an experienced Head of Compliance for a 10 month maternity cover period.The role is pivotal to the reputation of the business within the industry and with regulators, and requires the maintenance of a robust governance framework, processes and strong systems and controls.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience of an FCA regulatory compliance role.  They will have a strong knowledge of the pensions industry and the Pensions Regulator.

They will provide management and oversight to a team of 5 direct reports.  Conduct reporting to the exec and also the FCA, TPR and HMRC.  They will also oversee the delivery of compliance training throughout the business.
