A large and rapidly expanding IT consultancy firm based in the City, who specialise in the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors, are seeking a seasoned resourcing subject matter expert to be their Head of Talent Aquisition and implement a 3 year strategy to oversee the growth of the company from 900 to 2500 ppl globally.

This candidate will initially come in on a contract basis turning permanent after a few months (eventually sitting on the board of the company) and will be completely responsible for talent acquisition, talent development and deployment onto projects.

We are seeking someone with strong experience in leading large scale resourcing related programs for global organizations, ideally across multiple geographies.
