Head of Strategy & Benefits Management-"Transportation Infrastructure

I AM LOOKING TO HIRE A HEAD OF STRATEGY
- 2.Assess these existing frameworks against the drivers, objectives and outcomes of the new company (as set out in the Roads Investment Strategy, Strategic Business Plan, Delivery Plan) and A2D ambitions and evaluate whether they achieve a true benefits management cycle approach;
- 3.Where gaps are found, design and develop a new benefits management approach. Deploying this - initially through a number of pilots - into the Major Projects Directorate;
- 4.Ensure (via engagement with the MPPO) any new benefit framework is compliant
- 5.Identify requirements for additional systems and tools needed to operate the new benefits framework and make recommendations as to suitable products;
- 6.Imbed knowledge to build internal capability in order to ensure the operation of the new benefits framework is sustainable, with the required level of knowledge transfer made which can be measured and quantified.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Deep experience of reviewing, developing and implementing benefits frameworks within complex delivery organisations.
- Experience of working with public sector and infrastructure organisations is also required.
