Head of Strategic Sales Planning (m/f)

-Fully defining the new strategic sales planning process, based on existing high level framework design and guiding principles, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure its full integration and alignment with other business planning processes
-Fully defining roles and responsibilities under the new process
-Launching the new process, including training and coaching contributors in the process
-Managing the new process
-Strategic viewpoint combined with tactical knowledge
-Strong experience of B2B sales organization in a global company, in a sales management or sales operations capacity
-Experience in an operational sales role would also be of benefit
-Exposure to sales planning processes, either as an owner or core stakeholder
-Excellent communication skills
