Direct Mail Marketing Specialist

My high profile client requires a Direct Mail Marketing Specialist to assist in a mission critical campaign.

Your CV should demonstrate experience working on strategic marketing campaigns as well as a Marketing Account Manager, Strategy Manager or Campaign Strategy Manager Background, preferable from an agency side. The ideal candidate will have a track record of understanding marketing requirements from media specialists, candidates with experience of data sales will hold a distinct advantage and Marketing Strategy is an essential requirement

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage strategic inputs into and outputs from the Planning and Insight team including bespoke client briefs, legal document requests, Publication creation and review, Sales Presenters, PR and Campaign content.
- Own, manage and triage all client and sales enquiries into Planning and Insight and effectively.
- Manage the relationship between Planning and Sales and be the point of escalation to resolve any conflicts.
- Create, develop and maintain multiple high level partnership agreements with third party partners to underpin the delivery of business requirements and targets.
- Work with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure robust strategies are in place to support the delivery of agreed Direct Mail solutions involving partners' products and services including data partners, agency suppliers and any bespoke third party partner relationships required to support business objectives.
- Manage and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements for client specific requirements for data services and any other third party bespoke requirements.
- Manage the relationship & negotiation of Bespoke Data contracts to ensure smooth deliver y into the Data team & clients.
- Be the 'go to' for all external sales enquiries into Planning/Insight and develop deep understanding of capabilities of the Planning/Insight functions.
