- Accountable for the cost management for the Bank - c.£700m PA
- Providing leadership of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting of the entire Cost Base
- Job holder is the Lead for Cost Governance via Spendwise Committee
- Accountable for the Statutory, RegulatorySignificant stakeholder engagement - includes all Bank Executive members
- Key Stakeholders are CFO and COO (and Group Finance)
- Liaison with Group Finance - ensuring we are set up to meet Group requirements
- Line Management and leadership of team of 25
