Head of Secured Collections - Financial Services - Circa £700 per day

Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a Head of Secured Collections to lead the transformation and integration of Secured Collections into a wider Collections and Recoveries operation.

Key Accountabilities

- Develop a strategy to transform Secured Collections
- Lead the strategic development and planning process of Secured Collections and ensure that this operational strategy is fully aligned to the strategic direction of the Collections and Recoveries operation.
- Enhance organisational capability
- Assess process and technology capability
- Accountable for the analysis of the 'as is' target operating model to define the 'to be' state
- Build customer centric strategies
- Deliver world class customer engagement
- Responsible for integrating the Secured Collections function into the wider operation

The candidate should have proven experience of large-scale operational management and must have extensive knowledge of operational processes. They must have demonstrable capability as a leader and should have previous experience of strategic development. Previous experience of Secured Collections within financial services is essential.
