Head of Schools - QA

A public service client based in London is seeking a Head of Schools for an initial 3-6 Month Contract.

This role is for an ASAP start so ideally, you will be available within 1 to 2 weeks notice.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

*Up-to-date knowledge of education legislation and developments in the Early Years and School Curriculum's and in the delivery of services, with particular reference to the Early Years and the primary phase.

*Knowledge of the current developments nationally in schools and Early Years' leadership and management.

*Knowledge and understanding of what constitutes quality in educational provision, the characteristics of effective schools and Early Years settings and strategies for raising pupils' achievement and young children's early development.

*Excellent grasp of procurement and financial regulations

*Thorough knowledge and understanding of the inspection framework for schools and early years provision and LA School Improvement Service

*Effective school leadership experience or Effective local authority experience at management

*Expertise in school improvement or early years developments and a thorough knowledge of both fields of expertise
