Head of Safeguarding - Child Protection

We are looking for an experienced Head of Childrens Safeguarding with a proven track record of strong operational management at Tier 2 level. The right interim will be able provide hands-on engagement with the Child Protection teams and facilitate changes across the already "Good" service. The council are driving permanency for children; therefore an interim who understands the impact of neglect and experience of Fostering and Adoption initiatives is a must.

This is great opportunity for someone to bring fresh ways of thinking and ensure the Council continue to drive improved services for Children in Care.

This role is for an initial 3 month period, based in London.
